Remains a mobile liquid at low temperatures
Protects ferrous and non ferrous metals e.g. copper, copper
alloys,
cadmium, brass, cast iron, steel, aluminium, aluminium alloys, zinc and
solders against corrosion
Prevents the staining of aluminium
All components are approved for incidental
food contact under FDA Regulations,
Section 21 Part 178
Contains no solvents, secondary amines or heavy metals
Does not dry to form sticky or gummy residues
Nitrite & boron free
Excellent hard water compatibility
Low foaming tendency
Applications
Brad-Chem
562 can be incorporated into a wide range of formulations including:
Truck and car cleaning solutions e.g. in traffic film removers
Protection in industrial rotary washing machines and of metal parts after various processing techniques and aqueous washing systems.
Textile lubricants and treatments, aqueous based quenching fluids.
HFC fluids, magnetic printing ink solutions.
Aerospace engine maintenance cleaner and silicone emulsion die lubricants.
Corrosion protection in synthetic cutting fluids, leak detection fluids and aerosol cans.
Typical end use concentration
Typical treat rate for all applications : 0.3 – 2.0% w/w
