A water-soluble, liquid copper passivator

Features

• Mobile liquid having excellent long term stability at low temperatures

• Protects yellow metals and cobalt alloys from corrosion

• The product is made from components approved for indirect food contact under
  FDA CFR 21, part 178. i.e. surface lubricants used in the manufacture of metallic articles

• Contains no inorganic constituents, secondary amines or formaldehyde

• Non aqueous, so can be used in applications such as brake fluids

• Non flammable, enabling ease of handling and transport

Applications

All types of water based fluids including;-

Water based emulsions, high water based hydraulic fluids (HFA),

Water-glycol hydraulic fluids (HFC), metal working fluids (emulsions and synthetics),

Engine coolants (antifreeze), surface cleaners, brake fluids, traffic film removers,

Metal polishes, printing press solutions and water treatment chemicals.

Typical end use concentration

Typical treat rate for all applications : 0.1 – 0.3% w/w
